Privacy policy
DRAFT — placeholder for legal review. Not a final legal document. Public registration remains closed.
Information used during testing
We store account email, a privately saved signup phone, birth date, eligibility declarations, profile information, preferences, photos, likes, matches, messages and safety records. Birth date, account contacts, private settings and selfies are not shared with other members. Approved member photos and profile text are available only within permitted discovery or matching access.
Location and controls
No GPS, coordinates or address are collected for distance. Members may choose a broad Cleveland area and share an area-based estimate, or hide distance. You may pause discovery or hide your profile; existing matches and chats remain. Text, email and push notification delivery are not enabled during this test period.
Verification and safety
Signup declarations and phone numbers are self-reported. Selfie approval means photo comparison, not identity or independent age verification. Reports, review evidence and moderation history are restricted to authorized safety staff. Optional keyword review can flag message excerpts for staff, without automatic punishment.
Deletion and retention — review required
Account deletion removes your account, profile, preferences, photos, selfies, likes, matches, messages, blocks and raw signup phone. Reports you filed lose your account identifier. Reports about violations and restricted moderation evidence may remain for safety review; they may contain personal information in free text. Permanent-ban contact fingerprints remain to prevent rejoining, without exposing the original contacts.
Legal review must set retention periods, lawful bases, evidence redaction, backup expiry and procedures for rights requests before public launch. No retention schedule is approved yet and no automatic evidence purge is enabled. Deletion cannot promise immediate removal from backups or safety evidence.
Before launch
Legal owner and privacy contact: to be supplied. Counsel must complete Ohio/US privacy obligations, service-provider disclosures, security incident procedures, international transfer disclosures if applicable, and access/correction/deletion request procedures.
